Community Guidelines
1. Age Requirement
18+ Community: Vulkan Roleplay is strictly an 18+ community. By entering this website, completing whitelist applications, joining our game servers, or participating within our platform environments, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Community Rules & Rules Document
Incorporation of Rules: Our server operations depend entirely on a mutual, respectful standard of behavior. Our official rules are maintained via an active Google Document linked directly on our site's Rules Page.
Compliance Required: Violating any rule outlined in that document—or any supplementary guidelines explicitly posted within our community channels—constitutes a direct breach of these Terms of Service and will result in immediate disciplinary action up to permanent termination of access.
3. Discord Bots & Automated Services
Data Processing: We deploy multiple custom and public automated infrastructure integrations (including Discord bots like Red Bot, JMusicBot, and custom trackers) to facilitate automated role syncs, logs, infrastructure security, and backend moderation logic. By remaining a member of our Discord guild, you provide explicit consent for these automated services to process public platform identifiers (e.g., your unique Discord User ID, username, and avatar metadata).
Prohibited Use: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit logic loops, spam API endpoints, or maliciously degrade our automation bots or Pterodactyl container frameworks will trigger a permanent network ban across all current and future channels.
Stores & Financials
4. Financial Contributions, Tokens & CFX Asset Policy
Tebex & Refund Policy: All financial support contributions made through our store platform are processed via Tebex (https://vulkan-roleplay.tebex.io/) or verified digital invoice links. Vulkan Roleplay does not offer or maintain a refund policy for any digital purchases or subscriptions unless explicitly stated and authorized otherwise by server management in writing. All transactions are entirely final.
The Token System Framework: Game tokens acquired via premium subscriptions or exchanged using in-city bank accounts at City Hall (Postal: 585) are strictly tied to cosmetic internal gameplay features and specialized dealerships (such as the Vespucci Car Dealer at Postal 329). Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot under any circumstance be exchanged back for real-world currency, legal tender, or physical products.
CFX Portal & Escrow Asset Transfers: Due to overarching Cfx.re system infrastructure, assets generated or linked via the Cfx Portal system carry highly restrictive transfer parameters. All authorized transfers are strictly one-time, permanent actions and are completely irreversible. Once an asset has been transferred to another Cfx Portal account, it cannot under any circumstances be transferred back to the original account holder.
The 28-Day Window Policy: In absolute compliance with the platform infrastructure, asset transfer privileges expire precisely 28 days following the initial purchase date or claim date of the package. After this 28-day timeline concludes, the asset is locked permanently to its assigned Cfx account and is entirely non-transferable. Furthermore, any transfers accepted on assets under 14 days old carry a standard security disclaimer regarding original store refund exposure; any refund triggered by an external source automatically nullifies access permanently without the possibility of community appeal.
Access Privilege vs. Entitlement: Purchasing a community subscription tier or token package provides specific access perks (e.g., priority server queueing, entry to the Trailer or Race Dealership positions). It does not grant administrative immunity from standard server gameplay guidelines. If an account is suspended or banned for community rule violations, no credits, digital assets, or financial refunds will be granted.
5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers
Independent Status: Vulkan Roleplay is an entirely independent, user-run community modification environment. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re (FiveM).
Concurrent Compliance: While utilizing our web space or server components, you are legally bound to concurrently fulfill and observe the overarching global Terms of Service agreements mandated by both Discord and Cfx.re.
6. Limitation of Liability & Termination Right
As-Is Operation: We supply all website files, API endpoints, scripting elements, and FiveM game servers on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. We present no explicit guarantees regarding total uptime, server connection latency, database syncing stability, or zero-error script performance.
Right of Admission: Administrative ownership retains absolute discretionary authority to limit, review, restrict, or completely block individual access handles to our website pages, whitelist processes, FiveM server files, and Discord channels at any given point without prior notice, should a user display conduct contradictory to maintaining a secure and safe home environment.
